When the club were aware of Gary’s departure from Thurlow FC, we wasted no time in approaching Gary regarding the Manager’s position within our Reserves.

Gary had 5 successful seasons with Thurlow FC gaining 5 consecutive promotions within the Cambs Football Leagues, moving from 4A to Senior B, also going undefeated on route to winning the Division 2A title during the 2022/23 season.
Gary also added the Creake Charity Shield to his CV in the 2023/24 season.

Gary will team up with Shaun Poulter in what we see as an excellent combination of experience, enthusiasm and determination to succeed within the Cambs Premier Division and beyond.

As a club, we see our Reserves as a vital part of our Men’s Senior setup, supporting the development of players from the age of 16 and giving them the opportunity to progress into Senior football, with both our Reserves and First Team.
