Newmarket Town Ladies FC are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Team Manager to lead our Senior Ladies Team competing in the Eastern Region Women’s League Division One North.

The successful applicant will support player development, deliver structured training sessions, and manage matchdays in line with FA / UEFA standards, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and ambitious team culture.

Essential:
• Strong football knowledge and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and reliability
• Commitment to training and matchdays
• Willingness to complete FA safeguarding & DBS checks

Desirable:
• FA / UEFA coaching qualification (or working towards)
• Experience in senior or women’s football
This is a voluntary role with support for coach development and qualifications.
